Tiles
MONIER roof tiles come with a 50 year structural performance guarantee that the tiles will not warp, become porous, corrode or be affected by salt or frost. MONIER terracotta tiles carry a 50yr COLOUR guarantee.
Metal
We prefer to use Colorbond® steel, selecting the colour most appropriate for your property.
Flexi point
TP Roofing uses 4x1 cement mix and applies flexi point system to secure down all our ridge caps.
Flashings
Roof flashings are used to prevent or fix roof leaks at walls, barges, gables, chimneys, skylights, all roof protrusions and where any two roofing surfaces meet.
Ventilation
Best suited to Sydney's weather conditions, TP Roofing's uses CSR Bradford Windmaster wind driven ventilators for residential whirlybird installations.

Flexi point
TP Roofing uses 4x1 cement mix and applies flexi point system to secure down all our ridge caps. This is the preferred method in the roofing industry as flexi point is very strong and flexible enabling it to endure cyclonic conditions. Colours are varied and are specifically chosen to complement your existing roof.

Ventilation
Best suited to Sydney's weather conditions, TP Roofing's uses CSR Bradford Windmaster wind driven ventilators for residential whirlybird installations. They are lightweight aluminium and come in a variety of colours offering a 15 year warranty. Bradford roof ventilators can be installed on both metal and tiles roofs for residential homes and commercial buildings. TP Roofing will assess how many roof ventilators you require, where they need to be placed to work most efficiently and what colour will best suit your roof. You will notice the difference when Edmonds turbine ventilators are installed and not in your hip pocket as they are wind driven. A SupaVent can be used for homes in contact with sea spray. Increase your energy efficiency and reduce damage from condensation in your roof space; heat and moisture will be removed from your ceiling cavity by installing roof ventilation.
